Wednesdays plan of going to watch the North Nottinghamshire derby between Worksop Town and Retford United went tits up when the match was called off due to a water logged pitch at Cannon Park. Oh well. The match has been re-arranged for Thursday the 17th of March. Worksop now have to play 7 games in 15 days in March. Nice.


Apart form that i had a mixed sporting night. Inter,s quest to become the first team to retain the Champions league since it was re-branded suffered a huge setback when they lost 1-0 at home Bayern Munich.
On the plus side the Nottingham Panthers recorded there fifth straight win on the spin by beating the Newcastle Vipers 6-3 in Nottingham.
