Its Official!

Just as i was leaving for the Imps match on Saturday The postman delivered my Groundhog club membership pack and i am now officially a member of the world famous Punxsutawney groundhog club.

For a mere $10 you get a membership card,Signed picture, Certificate of membership, a birthday card and vouchers for a couple of dollars of at a nearby pizza restaurant. you also get a card telling you all the members of the "inner circle" The group who look after Phil and uphold the groundhog honour and spread the word about this great powers!

But for me the biggest thing you get is knowing you have joined a club of such standing in the field of weather predicting that is respected all around the world.

But what next what can we the good folk of Nottinghamshire do to show our application for Phil? Well we can form our very own Groundhog charter! We need at least ten of us to do it then we contact the club pay our fee (again $10 per head) and we can become an official part of the club!
